How to activate *451# After Successful registration

  • Dial *451# and enter your start pin
  • You will be prompted to change your PIN and confirm. The new PIN should be 4 digits.
  • When PIN is saved successfully you will be prompted to log in again
  • Dial *451# (Safaricom line) on your phone, you are prompted with a step-by-step guideline.

    Select option e.g. No.1 to withdraw from account to M-Pesa

  • When you have successfully registered ,you will be prompted to log in again
  • Log In and access the services.
